This Privacy Policy explains what information Construction Help Finder LLC ("Construction Help Finder," "CHF," "we," or "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website, constructionhelpfinder.com, and the Construction Help Finder platform at app.constructionhelpfinder.com. Below, we call them "the website" and "the platform."

By using the website or the platform, you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Information you give us

We collect what you choose to share with us, including:

• Your account. Your name, email, phone number, and password when you sign up on the platform.
• Your profile. Your trade, experience, work history, the area you work in, and anything else you add.
• Job posts. The details of any job you post, such as the trade, the work, the location, and the dates.
• Applications. The information you send when you apply for a job.

Please don't send us sensitive information we don't ask for, such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or health details.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website or use the platform, some information is collected on its own. This can include your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site that sent you to us.

What other users can see

Construction Help Finder is a job board, so some of what you share is meant to be seen by other users.

• Anyone browsing listings can see job posts.
• When you apply for a job, the employer who posted it can see your application and your profile.
• When an employer pays to see who applied, that employer can see those applicants' contact details.

Think about what you put in a post, a profile, or an application before you share it. Once another user has seen your information, we can't control what they do with it.

Who we share information with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• Service providers who help us run things, such as hosting, payment processing, email, analytics, and spam protection. They may use it only to do that work for us.
• Legal reasons. When the law requires it, or when we believe it's needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or Construction Help Finder.
• A business change. If Construction Help Finder is sold, merged, or reorganized, your information may pass to the new owner under this policy.
• With your OK. Any other time you tell us we can.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open, and for as long as we need it to run the platform, handle billing, settle disputes, and follow the law. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

• You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it by emailing Info@constructionhelpfinder.com. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we may keep some information when the law requires it.
• You can stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any of them. You'll still get notices about your account.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the platform may not work without them.

For California residents

California law may give you more rights over your personal information. Depending on the law that applies, you can ask what personal information we collect, use, and share, and ask us to correct or delete it. We won't treat you differently for asking. We don't share personal information with other companies for their own direct marketing.

The website and platform don't currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals from browsers.

Children

The website and platform are for adults 18 and older. They are not meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we'll delete it.

The website may link to other sites. We don't control those sites, and this policy doesn't cover them. Check their privacy policies before you share anything with them.

Changes to this policy
