Built by a Mason Who Needed Workers for His Own Jobs

Construction Help Finder founder James Wright is a working mason with 30+ years in the trade. He built this Southern California construction job board after paying for hiring leads who had never worked construction. It lets contractors and other employers post jobs and reach skilled trade workers. The platform makes the connection and stays out of the deal.

Where the idea came from

Over 30+ years of masonry, James kept hitting the same wall. A project needed people, and nobody with real experience was free.

So he paid the big hiring websites to send him people. He paid for every name they sent. Not one of them had worked construction. He calls it "real money that went out to nothing."

So he built the tool he needed. In his words: "I created it over the last couple of years, finding investors, finding developers." And he never left the job site: "My day to day is still doing masonry work."

What he built

A job board that's all construction. Employers post jobs, and skilled trade workers look through them and apply. Posting a job and browsing listings cost nothing. Reaching each other is the paid part.

That's it. No middleman, no sales pitch about the workers, no one standing between you and the person you talk to.

What James won't bend on

He says it flat: "Absolutely will not cut corners, period." A worker who oversells what he can do is a corner waiting to get cut.

He also believes "you get what you pay for." That's why both sides pay a little to be here. A free-for-all board fills up with people who have nothing on the line.

Fair questions about a new platform

Why should I trust something this new?

It's new, so there's no track record to show you yet. Nobody's going to pretend otherwise. What you get is a working mason who built it for his own jobs, and a free look before you pay.

Does James know the workers on it?

No, and he won't vouch for anyone. The platform checks no one. You talk to people and make your own call, the same way he does.
